A good skier always focuses on the fall-line of the slope and controls his or her speed through edging and turns. It's similar to being in the alignment with your truth; being in alignment with the natural contour of the slope. Instead of focusing on a tree trunk or rocks, because your skis tend to move towards where you look, I focus on the rhythm of the terrain while taking in the beautiful scenery and joy of being exactly where I want to be.
No matter where you are on your spiritual journey, know that you are welcome here.
