Valentine's Day Affirmative Prayer
Hi Y’all, I’m a goat herder raisin’ San Clemente Island Goats, a heritage breed so cool they’re on a U.S. postage stamp, right here on my Rollin’ Pastures Farm in Livingston, Tennessee. They’re lively, givin’ me laughs aplenty. I’m a chicken therapist, tendin’ my quirky flock—Henrietta, my feisty hen, runs the show! My victory garden bursts with heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, and zucchini for farm-fresh meals. I forage for morel mushrooms and wild goodies in the woods. As a permaculturist, I’ve got a hugelkultur bed keepin’ my soil rich. I’m the gal fixin’ small engines, revivin’ ‘em with a spark plug and grit. Music’s my jam—strummin’ bluegrass on my guitar and blastin’ Ryan Upchurch as a proud CREEKSQAD member! I’m a newbie redneck, balin’ hay and swappin’ bonfire tales, and a former nerd who ditched sci-fi for compostin’ and garden design. In Livingston, heart of Overton County where Civil War history lingers, I love hangin’ with my neighbors and the good folks makin’ this hollar home
